Why solid wood
Built like furniture, because it is.

Common questions
How does freight delivery work?
Your tree is strapped to a pallet, fully wrapped, and delivered curbside by a freight carrier with a liftgate. You don't need a loading dock or a forklift, just a clear spot at the curb.
Why is freight quoted instead of flat rate?
Pallet freight prices change with distance, fuel and carrier. WTW bills freight at the carrier's actual cost with nothing added, which is why every order gets a real quote instead of a padded flat fee.
Can I just pick it up?
Always. Pickup at the Redmond workshop is free, and plenty of customers make the drive from Portland or Boise and strap a tree in the truck.

Solid wood sells itself next to cardboard and MDF. We wholesale across the Pacific Northwest with delivery on our regular routes.
Our story
It started with a rescue kitten named Willis.
Lance, an Army veteran, built his first cat tree for a rescued kitten named Willis. It was heavy, it was solid wood, and Willis never slept anywhere else again. Friends asked for one, then a pet store asked for three, and WTW Pet Products grew out of the Redmond workshop one tree at a time.
Today it's still a family shop. Every tree is cut, screwed, stapled and wrapped by hand, and we still build the way we built the first one: like it's going in our own living room.

Every WTW piece is built to order. An order becomes confirmed when WTW replies with your price, timing, and delivery or freight details, and you approve them. Freight is billed at the carrier's cost on top of the tree price and is always quoted before you commit.
Made to order and custom builds are built for you, so changes are easy before the build starts and harder after. If anything arrives damaged from freight, contact WTW right away with photos and we'll make it right with the carrier.
